Can of love on the pantry end is what i am A delight for family and friends is what i am Emotions contained in round steel is what i am In the dark with a broken seal is what i am Big and round no imitation is what i am An instant gratification is what i am Soft inside not empty but full is what i am Dented from being recycled is what i am. Your words have made me smile....this is the first time I have posted on dark passions and I was very skeptical that I would even get one response b/c most of my work is in the open poetry section...and I admit that I didn't think much of the poem either...just sometimes I feel like my love is taken for granted....but i'm very glad that you enjoyed  thank you for your kind words  "my love is my motivation my love is my inspiration perception of this poem is your interpretation" -- me |
