Do not read this the wrong way I am fine really... all made up. I thought I was in there with a chance, Thought I could be your special one, But alas it never can be, My world has come undone. No reason to get up in the morning, No reason to even breath, No I'm nothing it's true, It'll be better if I just leave........ I'll tell you this...... No eternal reward will forgive us now for wasting the dawn..... ~Isis~ (Goddess - Sovereign of the Spirit) |

I've felt like this so often! Thanks for putting that into words! Lotharingia "For God's sake, he's a poet. Poets are meant to feel miserable. Otherwise, what the hell are they here for? What are they going to write about?" Tom Holland |

I often wonder about my place in the world and it is quite frightening, No reason to get up in the morning, No reason to even breath, No I'm nothing it's true, It'll be better if I just leave........ but I guess it is easier to focus on the smaller details, day to day than try and take in the big picture, but I can relate, sometimes I just want to hibernate. powerful poem Isis, enjoyed reading this and i am glad to know that you feel fine. ------------------------ "Take nothing but pictures. Leave nothing but footprints. Kill nothing but time". Baltimore Grotto "To be nobody-but-yourself-in a world which is doing its best night and day, to make you everybody else - means to fight the hardest battle which any human being can fight; and never stop fighting." E.E Cummings. manic street preachers "Culture Alienation Borebom and Despair" "I know I believe in nothing but it is my nothing" -faster MSP "And you see, I kind of shiver to conformity Did you see, the way I cower to authority, you see And my life, it's a series of compromises anyway It's a sham, and I'm conditioned to accept it all, you see" six by Paul Draper. ----- |

I've had this feeling also, and I'm so glad it wasn't written from a current experience, it is awful isn't it? Kathleen "How do I love thee? Let me count the ways. I love thee to the depth and breadth and height My soul can reach, when feeling out of sight For the ends of Being and ideal Grace." Elizabeth Barrett Browning |
