for Melanie, Princess of the Moon Deep in the darkness Desolation dreams Envisioning sorrows And conjuring screams Weaving the nightmares Of hopeless decay Keeping the warmth Of your smile at bay Light up the candles That shine in your eyes Sing me the songs That I hear in your sighs Tell me you love me Show me you care And banish forever The ghost of despair Sing while you may |

A very, very beautiful poem Ian...I love the way it flows with the emotion and it doesn't seem forced. Once again, beautiful! Angel I wish you could hear the child that cries in my flesh and makes my bones ache -Jewel ~*Angel of Darkness*~ |
