In fluid of liquid sapphires, With quill of russet gold, Penned by seraph fingers On parchment sere and old, Immortal words inspired from The hearts of ancient bards, In phrases hung with pearl-dust And hewn from crystal shards--- Would be as naught, Beloved, If the dream within my breast Could break the muted silence And its beauty be expressed! |

Just an awesome poem. Gets one to think, know what I mean? Ronil (What I say I live by and what I live by is what I create). |

Rex, you have to be one of my favorite poets in passions. Your poems are very vivid and refreshing. Would be as naught, Beloved, If the dream within my breast Could break the muted silence And its beauty be expressed! the structure and rhythm all paint a lovely picture. Awesome work! |
