Pig Skinned Ears Insane She's carried for years your taint. Your pig skinned ears deafly stray, in starless nights of fury. Your bloodied fists swing in time, with gaping mouth of angry fumes. Flooding wooden halls of stuctures, unfinished and alone. Whispering back on times before, lips again in bags of you, twisted, shaped,...untrue. Fear filled glass encasing blame, fire filled pits of your evil games. Objects of your desire, twenty six tales ago, when sunshine shone and warmed your broken soul, and things were happy then. But this suitcase now, enclosed your sins, and alone in the night you wait. Aging eyes and skin the same, endings of your evil games. Silence now and empty chest, and pig skinned ears insane. |

SpitFire, you are taking us deeper inside those dark corners. A really powerful poem, continue to write such gems but take care, too much darkness can be dangerous. Peace ~ "A frog, it cannot comprehend the sea Nor me happiness" Paul Draper-Mansun |

There are many powerful lines in this piece. Strongly written, and a great dark read. With the word, I am mighty, with the pen I am free.. dragonpoe |

I must admit I had a hard time following the narrative. Selective lines establish inventive descriptions, many well done. The overall passage, however, is a bit scattered not only in the matter of my personal taste, but distracted me while I read. Would you care to share an author's interpretation? Be well. |

I have seen this glass you talk of my love. HHHHHHHHHOOOOOOOOWWWWWWWWWLLLLLLLLLLL love this rich and dark corner of your mind kid. and love you. Joel. I'll be around. I howl a mournful song, that echos within my chambered heart, for all to read? nay for all to feel. |

This is indeed a winner! It is obvious by the replies alone, let alone the text. Your writing inspires me, I just love your style. Isis *I believe every time you put your words to paper, you change. Each feeling is set free, and you may follow.....* ~Isis~~Sovereign of the Spirit. |

Hey this was so amazing!! Another great poem by yoU! Oh and a question.........SpitFire, it's a skater clothing brand........is that what you're named after? Explain that.. I was born myself, raised myself, and will continue to be myself. The world will just have to adjust. I hate your socks. I'd like to burn them! |

~Hey all,...thank you soOo much for taking the time to read this. It's from a while back but somehow made it's sad little way back up to the front again. Thank you for all the kind words. Oh and Dopey_Dope I have SpitFire wheels on my board and yeah,...that's where the name came from. . Your name reminds me of this song we used to sing when we were really young,...something about bubbles in your underwear,..haha, don't ask. But that's what I think of,...that song. Oh and I like your signature. *Peace. |
