I know some people said they really liked this so I thought I would post it here. Without eyes to see The color of your skin Or knowledge of your nationality Nor eyes to see the shape of your being Or eyes to view your youthfulness or age Or knowledge of your degrees or lack thereof Or the knowledge of your religion Or any other difference that creates prejudice Here at Passionate Forums We look within each other's soul As we bare our inner being In poetry and verse Our hearts commune Without the boundaries, The fences eyes create On which prejudice thrives We communicate as God intended Heart to heart Spirit to spirit One with God I view each poet here A star in the galaxy of love. © Copyright 2000 Septsong - All Rights Reserved [This message has been edited by Septsong (edited 06-19-2000).] |
