Ten days left

I know,
the tender secrets
of your heart.
I hear
your silent whispers
you dream at night.
And the questions
that you keep
inside you
as you weep,
are they worth
the sacrifice
for what love
could bring to your life.
Or do you keep
your silent vigal,
on nights when
the wind would come,
and pray
your silent prayers
for that someone
you do love.
That for better or worse
would care for you
and keep you
in his arms.
