I saw her nature; those eyes, that when pressed upon my mind did brighten, and to hold in my thoughts often, fair skin and beauty which reflected thought. Yet, through she be most fair, simplicity did remain affar from our tender grasp, for which we did yearn for this lapse of our own silent reasons in harmony. To what I gave my love, thus never to regret, my souls passion of this timeless hope. And for nothing more than to see her heart glide down the winds of heavens slope. That when summers beckon her to flight, my soul shall rid this darkend night. |

"And for nothing more than to see her heart glide down the winds of heavens slope." What a lovely and imaginative piece of writing. ~ Claire Could a greater miracle take place than for us to look through each other's eyes for an instant?......Henry David Thoreau |
