I lie in the darkness of night A familiar twinge tugging at my heart My arms ache to hold you close My lips long to taste your kiss I listen to the soft cries of the wind Hearing your whispers carried to me Over the many lonely miles separating us My love whispers back a forlorn response I close my eyes, my thoughts on you Knowing you are thinking of me and That your love in my heart is strong Comforts me, easing me into love kissed dreams Dreams of the days that will surely come When I can finally embrace you in my arms Holding you so close, never letting go Never being alone, always having you near. |

Such a beautiful poem, it makes me miss my angel even more. Sigh Vphantom ---The face is the mirror of the mind and the eyes confess the secrets of the heart. St. Jerome |
