I sit here with dreams...looking tenderly at our past I would have held you longer that morning in our bed I would have listened closer to all that you said The night we watched dawn kiss the moon I should have held you there.....long past noon Every kiss would have been longer and deeper Now I find myself prisoner of the dream keeper Please.........send me a moment to hold in my embrace Yet still my arms are empty... I pray time will race Holding you close and getting lost in your eyes Just counting the stars shooting across our skies This time apart has taught me how to live each day Because you don’t know how long those moments will stay To be back with you and make each moment gold Just listening to you breathe.....shall never get old ~T and L.....May time have wings for you both~ |

every word...every line...every rhyme this couldnt touch me any more if it was engraved on my heart.. god this is just perfection from your pen, heart and soul... it is butterfly kissed and angel blessed... I am printing this out and releasing it into the wind at sunrise... This is beautiful ,butterflies, and can apply to so many things...a broken relationship, death, anything that separates two people who love each other. Regret for not having kissed a little longer or held a little stronger is a very powerful and sad emotion..... |

Bdc...however you meant this it so obviously touches many people me included...I have tried to live my life with no regrets but there are always some times that the right words or the correct gesture just dont come. never say never |
