Listening to every heart

Falling Apart

Words run sing-song in my heart
tripping over each other, laughing
at falling apart

running, dashing through these memories
laughing and cavorting and making
sport of me

sometimes little words, over and over again
like “I love you”, “I adore you”
and then

briefly steps in some misery of old
“I told you so” steps forth bold
and then

words run sing-song in my heart
tripping and laughing
at falling apart.

Sunshine, this is a wonderful style you have woven here...look at some of the poems you wrote a year ago and marvel at how much you have grown! You are great!!!

JB, take care now, y'hear?...

Bonnie, I share well...remember these words for a lifetime...

Mark, puzzling, isn't it...

'Deer, you keep talking like that and I'm going to have to shine all over you...{~,^} that is probably the BEST compliment ever... so I will keep it close!
