Life in the fast lane( slowing down)

When life's got you down
do you find you frown?
Or do you smile and say
there has to be a better day!
When you get a flat tire
your late for work
and the sirens get cha
do you yell?
Or do you say o.k I'm bound to
see a rainbow at the end of the day!
When your in a rush and everyone
seems to be going at a turtles speed
do you step on them?
Or do you just entertain yourself
with a little song!
When you seem you don't have a friend
do you cry and go to the corner?
or do you wipe your tears and come out
with the biggest brightest smile
where the whole world smiles with you!
I myself must admit the first is always easier
but is it?
In the long run!
Just something to think about
But on your way remember life isn't life
unless we make it that way.

Been sent to the corner a time or two -
but the challenge has always been
to come out smiling !
Not always easy - but whoever said all of life is easy ?

I enjoyed this very much.
A pause and ponder little happening.
I like that !
