 Eternal Love You hope every day that, because of you, I learned my way around And step through the mornings with a smile and both feet on the ground You pray for forgiveness and try to let go of my loving hand But all you can do is to run into this unfamiliar cold land... Today, I understand why I pushed you away from this land to discover Because I didn't know how to embrace your feelings and trust you as lover I'm lovesick, because for all the special moments that once were mine I must accept that they and you, are placed to another space and time... That day, when I let you slide gently into my loving arms in the morning I never thought of the terrible pain I would have to live without warning You flied around me with your magic soul... you we're my butterfly And you abandoned me into that darkness territory where I slowly cry... I see the light ahead of me, the light that cherishes my new beginning And walk away from you, still looking at your picture every evening I want to gather all my strength and make myself a better man today Before I try to conquer one more time your little heart... one day... Floren, This was wonderful. You write with such honesty and feeling. I think you are already a better man . . . for you have seen the light. That is all that matter. Very nice writing.
