True friendship knows its own intrinsic bound
The pinnacle a covenant unfound

Perchance cerebral spirits meet
Fulfilling thoughts and dreams in kind
To render yearning minds replete

Thence wending on with arms in bind
Mere touch supplanting idle prate
No greater trust than hands entwined.

Enamored passions proffer sate
As ardent raptured hearts unite
In sumptuous repast of fate

With surety of love in sight
Two souls shall only then enjoin
In confluence of shared delight

That perfect niche, a bond without excess
Yields ever symbiotic synthesis.

Well, nan - yer at it again!  Another complex, perfect poem with so much content I have a difficult time keeping it in simple terms.  Beautiful - just like you.

Nan,

That perfect niche, a bond without excess
Yields ever symbiotic synthesis.

I have never heard True friendship described
so eloquently, excellently written piece.

huh? hehe... just kidding... i was convoluted... er confluenced.... ummm.... and synthesized when reading this... of course, i had to look all those words up first to figure out what i was... *G

but all kidding aside... this is a fine piece of work here, Ms. Nan... i've always enjoyed this one! Glad you reposted it!

Wow - Step out of the room for a minute, and they all come to visit...

Sudhir - Thanks - It's not nearly as much fun as devouring those rats, though...

Karilea - Mucho Danke - Maybe we're psychic - all that sunshine, ya know?

Mike - I was counting on you to understand the complecks ones.... geesh..

MA - Thanks - I gave it a spit shine just for this piece..

Brian - Merci - Humble bow..

Doreen - That was the word I needed - convoluted - Got my "con's" all twisted there - or was that the "volutes"... Yeah that's it...

Reb - Futility  quells resistance... Rock on!!... Oh - and thanks..
