.gif) Beauty they say comes from within But all that I see within me is my sin Sins of the mind and sins of the flesh Wounds that have scarred but the blood that is fresh It courses through me with the power of Hell The Fiery darkness was there when I fell To Weak to fight...allowing it to engulf me From the grip of it’s hatred I shall never be free So turn while you can and run with God’s Speed And never come close to the path that I lead Don’t try to save me...don’t come to hold me Because in the end I’ll only forsake thee Don’t reach for my hand to hold in the dark For when I pull away...in your palm I’ll burn my mark Taking what I can... leaving nothing behind To the devastation I cause....please don’t be blind Look beyond what is there for surface sight Heed this warning and run toward the light Not beauty flowing with rivers strong and deep But sins and darkness within the well of tears I weep Don’t waste pity or love on feelings not returned Because in the end ...you’ll only get burned |

Im not scared of the dark... Im not scared by the fear. I don't believe in the boogie man and this self doubt from you... I SIMPLY CANT HEAR ... I have held your hand... and all I felt was warm. I did not get burned -- I have not been harmed. You are not the problem you are not anyone's curse. You cant scare me away ... not even with this poetic dark verse I have looked in to your eyes I have seen your light I know you can rise above this.. I know in time this will all be made right Stop taking the burden ... stop taking the blame this was NEVER your sins.. this was NEVER your shame You cant push me away ... I can see thru these defenses I will patiently hang around until you come to your senses You know how I feel... we have talked about this before ... Your wings may be tired right now... but baby...your gonna soar. So you just better hear me... Im here knocking down those walls and when you feel like flying again.. you KNOW Im a soft place to fall. JM There are places inside our souls - that have never been touched.
