Life's such a hassle, so much to be done. I'd like to go swimming, and bask in the sun. No time for that. Got to let the dogs out. To get them back in, I have to shout. Chat with the neighbor, Darn, the phone's ringing. Turn down the TV with that awful singing. I won't make the bed, I've run out of time. have to go to work and be there by nine. Can't find my shoes, the dog's hid them again. Along about now, I'm nobody's friend. In panties and bra (today no hose) I think of the heat as I riff through my clothes. The washer has stopped, Someone's at the door. Calgon, take me away. I can't stand anymore. Got to clean the bird cages they've started smelling. but on a good note... the jello is jelling! If you can't make it so, you need to let it go! |
