Season's Circle

Summer flowers peaked
a colorful finale to the sun
softly they sway to bid farewell

A rush of wind brings Autumn in
a whirligig of colors splash the leaves
blast of orange, burst of gold
tinge of yellow, with a touch of green

Cool winds caress the leaves
bidding them stay ...
paint the trees for one more day
falling leaves swirl with the winds

A blast of cold wind tops the trees
painted branches sparkle white
as a Cardinal of red strikes a pose
he's the star on this winter's day

Tree's sing and reach for the sun
bring forth spring showers!
soon we'll see May flowers!

Season's circle never ends...

BloomingRose~
This is just lovely.
The seasons are so beautiful
and you've captured the colors beautifully.
