Upon my screen through cyberspace
Your words are viewed, but not your face.
Such kind thoughts that you send my way.
I look forward to them every day.

I come to you, my thoughts to share.
And find such strength to know you care.
We share these thoughts into the night,
Until dawn brings the morning light.

I gave to you all that I had.
Some happy stories, yet some were sad.
Then across my screen a whisper came.
Friendship, love and wisdom were their names.

I just wanted to be heard,
And you listened to my every word.
Though distance between is very far,
A special kind of friend you are.

I'm glad you've found such a friend!

Very well said...we meet so many people online, yet some really do become the best of friends.  I'm glad you shared this.  I also have some very dear friends I've met in cyberspace and speak with each day.  They're good, decent people.

I can very much realate to this. I have met my best friend in this way. The nice thing I find about it is physical pressures are off.....all you have are words and one can really open up and be yourself. It has been a great experience for me anyway.  A very 'real" topic to write about of which you have done so well.

I can totally relate to this! And Completely agree with Jenn E.  It is so great to get to know someone from the inside out with no physical distractions.  Enjoyed this very much!!

What lovely thoughts to share.
