Cataloguing Thoughts Took some long moments then hours, then days to make things right and put thoughts away paper upon paper, sheaf after sheaf through each old memory tender did leaf saw many a soul and many a soul mate's song sung out in reverie giving comfort to belong divvied up into topics then placed alphabetical now each poem safely lies among those ever symmetrical reminisced over favored word amazed at long lost thoughts relived all of passion's verve like cast away forget-me-nots fingered tender written thoughts and recollection be not forgot ©Karilea Rilling Jungel 27 August 2000 |
