I will start by saying I did not write this. It was written for me. I wanted to share it with you all. *sighs* ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Where I Need To Be (By Tmax) I've looked around, I've been here and there Had itchy feet, empty heart, no cares Not knowing where to stop, where to land Looking to find that heart and that hand But I've found that place, that heart, that hand I care not again to roam the land There is a place not found on a map Comforting, a kitten in my lap Gazing into her eyes, making me whole Searching in my heart, baring my soul This place of which I speak, you will see Is a place I've found, I need to be Her wit, her beauty, her love, her charms All this I'm blessed to hold in my arms Only with her is my spirit free This is the place, where I need to be There are many wonders the world round But of all the marvels that I've found The greatest, a kitten showed to me Is at her side, where I need to be ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ for Kitkat, who reached inside of me found my hidden places and showed me where I need to be _ |
