Quinella’s Dream [Part 1] to sweeten thy dream woulds’t thou be? I beckon may be there be a You? O yon dream of, O true lad would there be, O, a You? ah Moonlight, lightsome my way till a comet hide from darkness another O a love, my beloved, I entreat do not have a brother I have seen thy mask o Love I know thy spirit true rest with me awhile my love come, let us renew… for there be a dream inner my heart not so apart from thine oh my love, deliver…….. bells toll thy darkest hour comes sun’s light will then warm soon thy expression my fancy of thy face of thy embrace still chaste, beloved, and vanished with moon’s light beam. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ To be continued…. 18 August 2000 ©Karilea Rilling Jungel |

really great lines here, K "rest with me awhile my love come, let us renew…" "sun’s light will then warm soon thy expression" this begs to be read several times... enjoyed ~ all you can really ever expect out of life is a good apology and some decent poetry ~ |

An entreaty to a fair one, promising honesty. I like this part, "I have seen thy mask / o Love / I know thy spirit true" Beautiful words and the beginning of love's saga. ~ Some people are like a Slinky -- not really good for anything -- but you still can't help but smile when you shove them down the stairs. ~ |
