I see the light from a window, so far from me it cannot light me anymore. I see the glow as I see the stars above that make me whole and give me change. I know where you lay and my heart bursts, I feel it today like the melting of time. So it's a hard battle and winning is a seconds glance, for the time will come when we will have our own romance. But, at this time I simply die, as you are the light in anothers eyes. |

Michael G... Oh, this one is full of longing, and sad, and I hope it all works out in the end......it's so hard to need someone you can't have. Very good writing, indeed! Today is a gift.... That is why they call it 'the Present'! |

This is so full of yearning sadness and I have to agree with Janet it is heart breaking poetry.....strange how sadness breeds a type of beauty....keep up the good work. |
