Posted here are lessons
by those inclined to teach
the most confusing aspects
of all the parts of speech.

I’ll do my best to show you
what little that I can,
for this is why I come here
to try and understand.

Nouns are so descriptive
pronouns give us a clue
adverbs help explain
what the verb is trying to do!

Once I found a homophone,
I new that it was write
and now I practice using them
every single knight.

Conjunctions join two sentences
and make them into one
but when you use too many
you don’t know when you’re done.

Synonyms are all the same
I know this is a fact,
but when it comes to antonyms
opposites attract!

Interjections, ur, uh,
can cause you to dismay,
and make you wonder, um,
if you’ll finish what you say.

I bet you wonder why
you posted at this forum,
I cannot teach good English
cuz all I do is borum.

This is the English forum
I know it’s kind of quiet,
but when a lesson’s posted
you’ll really want to try it.

Now if you still don’t get it
and you’re feeling in a jammer
I suggest you don’t ask me,
go and ask your grammar!

Hey, I'm just playing with you...this forum really is supposed to get used...but its been a while. Just keep checking back, somebody's bound to come in sooner or later!

"these forums"?

do you mean the Poetry Workshop and English Workshop?

In Poetry, you learn about different poetry forms

In English, we TRY to discuss issues of English grammar, spelling, etc.
