A magic world of star-dust dreams Of candy rainbows, bright moon beams Majestic castles made of sand All turning out just like you planned Red shiny trucks and tiny cars A galaxy of wishing-stars Lots of laughter and tons of fun From ev'ry dawn to setting sun And ev'ry blessing from above Straight from His gentle heart of love All wished for you - that little guy We'll love forever - our 'Ty-Ty'! (for my nephew Tyler's 4th birthday, last May) Denise |

Candy rainbows! sounds beautiful AND yummy. I have a sweet tooth today. All joking aside, what a lovely poem. The love you feel for your nephew has been displayed with poetic justice here. Nice work! Amy ~Live today as though it were your last but prepare for tomorrow as though it were here~ |

Thank you, Rebecca, January, Amy, Cindy, Rex, Martie and Ruth! I'm glad you all liked it! This was one that I wasn't going to post because I thought it was too personal for anyone else to appreciate but I wanted to post something else happy for HAPPY Poetry Day...hehehehe Denise Cindy: no rush! Things are running back to normal....they modemed in last night and did a restore utilities and a reinitialization of my system.....I still don't have Com2 in my Device Manager though and my modum baud rate is still 9600 under Modem Diagnostics... I appreciate all the help you have given me, Cindy! Thanks so much! HUGS |

Denise, I believe what has happened is that win98 kicked in with a generic modem for win-modems...I also have the same modem as you but the UK version and mine doesn't show in device either but that's because they feel that all users are idiots and try to keep their settings safe so take them out of harms way....you can restore it, albeit temporarily by deleted the device from Device manager, rebooting and changing the Com port to 2, (mine was originally set to 5 as I had had another modem installed and win98 still saw it as functioning when I'd taken it out and replaced it) but deleting it enabled me to correct the baud rate to the correct one....one day, we shall all return to being intelligent human beings...LOL in the meantime, make use of me..*g* HUSG |

All smiles here Denise. Like a Christmas morning....Not a cloud in sight There are two kinds of pedestrians...the quick and the dead. Drive it like you stole it. |

Hi Denise, I missed this wonderful poem about your grandson, it made me think back to when my son A.J. was a little boy, WOW time has gone by so fast, now he's a eighteen year old and out of the house already. It was so easy when they played with little red trucks. Cerenity |
