Fetchet was a cricket who rubbed his legs together About the time the sun shined bright with the promise of good weather Theo the muscles had a down word look all through the cold of winter Old Fetchet had to hobble out and rub them skinny legs together Long and hard he rubbed and rubbed with them skinny stings he called legs Just an old brown ugly bug put on this earth to sing A rub, a rub , jitters here, a jitters here and there He polished them there legs from his toes up to his underwear Now a song could be herd, through the crisp light spring moon air With a sound so full it made it feel like Fetchet was everywhere!! Yeah Fetchet was a cricket, an old ugly bug was he Yet his song that spring was a coming, made his music a symphony! tori If with pen in hand I've made you think I've not wasted one drop of ink Vlh. visit my site~ http://www.hsanet.net/user/dkm/hellomy.htm |
