You said your love had no end you said you'd always be my very best friend But something changed or maybe it died or maybe it was that you lied For whatever the reason no matter the excuse don't try to explain there's just no use You broke my heart every possible way our "forever" ended today. -SEA- |

Forever always seems to end way to soon. But then, there always seems to be another forever within reach too. Hopefully a true one's out there for everyone. Michael |

Michael~ I agree, thanks for reading j_a_f~ I read your poem, I hope you stay strong! This is for my "best friend" I have been trying to stay in contact with him. I guess it just isn't going to happen. My Mom told me today to just let go. Hurts, but I think I have to. My relationship with my husband is strong and wonderful. He is my everything. -SEA |

I think sometimes we all move to fast and we meet someone new and say we will love them forever and six months later you are wondering what the heck happened. I think the answer is to start out as friends and thats probably where most relationships should stay. James |

SEA~ Sorry for the hurt you feel. Just leave the door open. Perhaps there are reasons, not excuses. *HUGS* ~*Marge*~ ~*The pen of the poet never runs out of ink, as long as we breathe.*~ [email protected] |

Hey SEA, I could really relate to the poem. I think we had similar experiences. It gets easier, but it never goes away, at least not for me. Wonderful poem. |

Words with such sting Can only mean one thing... This subject is something you can feel, And hence, in writing, you begin to heal. I liked this one, SEA, and unfortunately, understand it well. |
