Once Upon A Rhyme ~Marge Tindal~ In a faraway kingdom by the sea a mysterious thing happened to me. A vision so rare it left me bereft, clinging to life on bended knee, I wept. Lying before me in a wondrous state, the beauty of life like a thief of late. Never before did I happen to see the beauty of life staring back at me. At my wits end, coming to understand the sum total of life lay in my hands. A vision so bold it caused me to see life is what I make of little o' me. So completely it occurred in a flash the reason in my life for one last dash. Ever mindful of life's circumstance met, what I am tomorrow is not told yet. Always reminded of the treasures held in the palm of my hand, I know them well. Living and loving each day I am blessed. When God calls my name, I have passed the test. God, the puppeteer, I the puppet played He holds the strings to the life I have made. ~*The pen of the poet never runs out of ink, as long as we breathe.*~ noles1@totcon.com |
