I Surprised Myself

I get all crazy inside when I watch him out there
spinning around every curve with room to spare
he creeps and he crawls distances for positions
intimidates all those around with wise decisions.

He could run a cheetah and still come out in front
he battles and sometimes he's gets a hard brunt
all in all I as much as many others desire him first
as most the fans sit around quenching their thirst.

The locality facilitates many a race thrilled patron
they all become energized like that of an electron
all with totally different agenda's to pleasantly offer
there'll always be some that will undoubtedly suffer.

I surprised myself tonight thinking qualifying was dull
as there he was spinning the track my thoughts null
my blood pressure elevated I was alive in nervous joy
he qualified second outside the pole in front of his boy.

I'm a big time Dale Earnhardt fan, and as i watched him qualify he made it to second position in front of his son Jr. He droped down a few after that, but not much I think come Sunday he will start the race 5th in Talladega, I will be on the edge of the couch that whole race, cause anything can and will happen there. Thanks for reading hope this made it more clear.

Ah, I knew what you were talking about. Amazing isn't it? I mean that I knew about Racing! My son is a racing nut, he loves to watch them!!!  On your seat the edge anyway, careful not to fall off

Rebecca: Thanks for reading, I hope your son does not go as crazy as me when watching, I am especially crazy at the end if Dale is anywhere close I pace and pace worrying and hoping he'll make it.

Jeff: Don't worry I did not figure many would relate but had to write it anyway cause it was on my mind. Thanks for reading it again.
