someone please help me i just hurt the one i love a very special angel sent from heaven above i never meant to take advantage of her loving heart and it's killing me inside that i'm tearing us apart looking through this waterfall of tears upon my face i know that i shall never again feel her soft embrace i will never again feel her touch i know she is gone and i am left here in the dark crying all alone i know it's all my fault i should've been honest from the start then maybe i wouldn't be lying here with this broken heart won't someone please tell me that i will be ok? that i will live to love again that i will find a way *************************************************** darling if you happen to see this just know that i am truly sorry that i caused you so much pain i will love you always Jeffrey |

very beautiful and impassioned plea. very. your heart wrote this one... that is for sure keep writing it out...helps work it out... helps the heart to heal, take care, jm Well the sun sets gently on your shoulders And it makes me want to touch you there. And the light in your eyes makes me feel Like there's something much better out there Something kind... And I know someday I might be looking around Trying to find some purpose Well purpose it can't be that hard to find As long as I've got the wind... Jeffrey~ This is a sincere pouring from your heart ... I hope she understands your plea. When we hurt someone and it causes us this much pain ... we know that they are suffering too. Give yourself some time. It will heal, but only after you rid yourself of the guilt you carry. You know Jeffrey you made me think about how desperately some of us want someone to love and in our heart we would like to give them the world and then when we finally find ourselves in a loving relationship somehow we fail and we don't live up to our hopes and expectations or theirs....and I don't believe that we destroy a relationship by only one mistake..I think it is an accumulation of mistakes over a long period of time...so it seems to me that you are truly sorry and you have the right attitude and a soft heart...so I hope that she will forgive you and give you another chance...I think we would all like to believe that the one we love would give us another chance..and someday she will probably need another chance from you. James |

Ah, never be sorry for putting what you feel in verse. If anything these are the most caring, loving, sharing people to do with it. It will get better, I hope too that she can forgive you! This is a beautifully written poem sir...I'm sure your angel will love it. If she doesn't come back to you with forgiveness, I'd say she's close to crazy! (just my opinion of course!)  |

I wish I knew how to help you Jeffrey. I do not know the situation therefore can not give decent advice. Trust is a very fragile thing and sometimes not easily healed. The best advice I can give is this, be honest, speak from your heart and always remember you as well as she are human and make mistakes. Stand strong in yourself and no matter what the outcome is, life does move forward. There are always brighter skies on the horizon. |

Jeff, I have just learnt how to use this poetry page and your poem was the first that i read. It was so beautiful and touching i want to read more of your work and i know that i will.
