** This poem is best understood if it's read quickly. Entity in my Mind As the cold darkness decends, my body shivers With all the lonely days which have followed my birth Your birth has come upon me with darkened secrets Secrets Untold secrets Darkened souls surround me, I cannot tell a lie To lie Don't lie Unless it is to hurt those you thought I loved In love Love me. The most I've ever seen The stupidest I've been My body rolls around Flesh is being torn from muscle, Muscle Unused muscle Tap, tap, tap goes the foot which knows the beat The beat they beat me with It's over with Cry for me now, for I am running out of tears Close your eyes, show me a smile Frown..... Listen closely Listen, Listen Leaves rustle all around us I can't hear, I can't see I can't speak Bustlers, hustlers, dopeheads and friends They call, they write, they scream for me And only me I can't stand this confusion, I said -you said-we said To the lonely old woman She was sitting on a bench, my bench, My flesh which sat upon this bench. Her smile gave her away Her eyes said what she could not say I really think I'd like to stay Please stay! Here, please sir, give me your time My lonely body aches for a taste of your OCEAN! Wave to me, wave goodbye Or was it hello? Hello? Hello? Is anyone there? I'll just sit here and stare until I finally get a reply Reply, REPLY TO ME! Give me a sign Just sign this please! Lonely soul who writes these words Is no longer lonely now with these words These words These words she's written She's written She's written Her writing is DONE!!!! Hi SorrowsMystress, Sounds like your mind is on high speed mode and you seem to have a lot of things to deal with. I have done this and found my self spinning around in circles not getting any were. Great poem, Cerenity |
