The Sound of Angel's Wings Have you ever heard That softest rustling in the wind? And wondered to yourself Just what could it have been? It is a sound that flows over you Like the coolest wash of rain And for some uncertain reason Soothes your soul of all its pain. My friend, you heard the greatest Sound that nature ever brings For the soft and gentle sound you heard Is the stir of Angel's Wings. So in your hardest moments Taken a moment and breathe deep Still your worried soul just slightly Relax and let your heart go free. And you will hear that softest rustling Like a whisper in your ear For the Angels are trying to tell you "We are watching, have no fear." Terry Woodson |
