Conscious of the chaos, Gray Becoming a black hole, Self-induced destructiveness, Inside my angry hold. Feeling little, fragile, weak Until the arms so bold, Lifted me to safety, Saved by the Purple and Gold. Trying to remember, When I had fit the mold, Frustrated with challenges, Shivering in the cold, Left behind without memories, Of friendship lost or scold, Accepted by the warmth, Of the gentle Purple and Gold. Protected and accepted, Enlightened by the glow, Protected and respected, A force that made me grow. A force I thought I'd always feel, And force I'd always know, The reassurance and security, The trusted Purple and Gold. Purple and Gold memories, Purple and Gold words, Purple and Gold kisses, Purple and Gold birds, Purple and Gold completeness, Purple and Gold rays, Purple and Gold sunshine, Through Purple and Gold days. I laid in Purple and Gold I bathed in Purple and Gold Until the velvety Purple then began one day to tear, Until the brilliance of the Gold began to tarnish and wear. The blanket that had covered me and wrapped me in it's care, Had been ripped away so violently, It left me helpless and bare. The colors have diminished, I have lost my Purple and Gold, And I search for the strength, to find my own blue, To replace my Purple and Gold. |

Don't know really what this is about, but its really, really great and beautiful. Plus its the colors of my beloved LSU.....LOL |

Look deeper and maybe you'll see it...it's kinda hard to understand I guess. Oh and LSU is my favorite too  |
