Waiting Deliverance There is thunder in the distance where the glow of dusk seeps in a vision that enlightens shadow with its energy Climb up this creation find the first star of chaos born in dreadful wonder Watch the tortured movement of minutes hanging waiting deliverance from this twilight combat where sharp and shooting brilliance makes this breath minute yet alive with so much purpose that fear drowns It seems that this mighty cacophony would still this small claim of sand’s time in merciless magic But no This pulse thrills to know a mighty heart was not stilled by ions blazing energy but awakened |

Martie- I want to tell you that when I see your name on a new entry, I need to see immediately what your pen has inked. Your style is so unique. Your words form thoughts that my mind comprehends, ONLY after I've seen them through your eyes. Remarkable talent. Admirable style. Thank you for everything you share. ~*Marge*~ ~*The pen of the poet never runs out of ink, as long as we breathe.*~ [email protected] |

Martie, I have always trembled at the sight and sound of lightening and thunder, and never though of it as making this minute "alive with so much purpose" as to drown fear. A lovely piece, as always Liz |

Ba-bam! Awesome Martie! I always look forward to seeing what you're going to pull off next! If I may make one tiny (I hope) suggestion. You call it "Wating" Deliverance...what about "Awaiting?" |

I may never write another storm poem again - I know I'll never come close to this ILTWYW (switching to an acronym - for I Lve The Way You Write - seems I say it everytime) |
