What have i wished upon myself?
What things my pen has set in motion?
Who told my heart to beat again?
My fingers, masturbate emotion?

Who set the rhythm of this drum?
Who timed the Revelation?
Who made me feel what I would not--
to spite sensational sensation?

Who was it whispered me 'aware'?
Whose eyes on neck, did I feel stare?
What have I yearned for all along?
Who is the Silence Of My Song?

like books that yearn to be on shelves,
we all wish to complete ourselves...

Serenity~
This is simply wonderful.

'Who was it whispered me 'aware'?'

Someone must have ..
and now you seem wide awake!

jm

Now for me some words come easy
But I know that they don't mean that much
Compared with the things that are said when lovers touch
You never knew what I loved in you
I don't know what you loved in me
Maybe the picture of somebody you were hoping I might be

Wow...the last 2 lines did it for me!  Talk about wrapping it up with a powerful bow!     I can say I have felt like an unfinished book myself of late!  LOL  This really put it all into perspective for me!!  Wonderful read, with some colorful words!     HOT
