Luck is not Divine Often times and sadly true A soul may loose their way A perceived injustice that in past occurred Brings forth pain of yesterday ..... today You begin to search for answers To the questions you hold dear You search in all directions Yet ignore what lies so near Relationships they rise and fall Friends , they come and go It’s as if you wonder aimlessly Yet by your own choice ,you live in woe You feel as though you’re empty.... .....void of any life You search for in another, happiness Yet resentment becomes your plight Darkness, that surrounds your being.... ....is one that you invite One must learn to face the truth To reach the knowing light If anger is what we hold to Than in fear we each stand still Fear will posses the soul, of all If we submit , we give than to it our will Luck is not Divine .... .....it lies in our perception If we seek to find the joy in all It will lead to our redemption When tragedy occurs in life We each have some control Truly feel it , than except it Allows than not another.. .....to be the jailer of our soul So search not , in all directions In the hope to find your way All truth is found within the moments felt in life, within each and every day Except ,every moment, feel each, than let it go Linger not in pain of yesterday Or today you will never grow By doing so, the darkness that surrounds Will fade away, passing than over into light All the answers that you seek my friend Will at last ..be in your sight (c) Raven Legros |
