Des ho ya pardes chaand ek hi hai Aur uske talash mein , yeh Chandni Khayalon mein ek chehra dhundhla sa Kya Woh tum ho, ai ajnabi ? No matter where I am There is but one Moon for me And I wander far and wide In search of You, For I am Chandni - your moonlight In my dreams there is a face Obscured by dark clouds...I cannot see Is it you, oh stranger ? Are you that Moon I seek ? by Chandni In search of The One |

Welcome to Passions - You're poem is wonderful.. Thank you for translating, as your English is far more proficient than my non-existent ability to speak in your Hindi tongue... Check your email for a special welcome.. |

Chandni~ This is lovely. What beautiful words that translate from your language to English. Interesting to me that it only took 26 words to make the poem in Hindu and 53 words to say the same in English. How very, very lovely. Thank you for sharing this and welcome to Passion's. ~*Marge*~ ~*The pen of the poet never runs out of ink, as long as we breathe.*~ [email protected] |
