She’s just a girl with everything Nice house, fast car, good friends Clothes the envy of any model Perfect hair. Look no split ends! Adored by the masses you see She creates riots in the mall Everyone wants a piece of her She’s a perfect little doll. Ladies, go seek in your closet The version you stashed there Men, just sit back and think About her long blonde hair Today, she celebrates a birthday Can a girl really tell her age? Happy Birthday Barbie You get better as you age |

um,... I never had any good barbie dolls b/c I popped all of their heads off and cut their hair and wounded them almost as soon as I got them....yep. But I played with my friends barbies nicely. *laughs* -molly aka sam |

PoetdeVine~ Whoa ! This one sure brings back lots of memories. Very nicely done, gal. As cute as Barbie is, I really wonder when I'll meet a real live guy like KEN ! ~*Marge*~ ~*The pen of the poet never runs out of ink, as long as we breathe.*~ noles1@totcon.com |

Love this poem, brought back the memories of my case full of barbies and all their clothes that I sold at a tag sale for $1.00, I still kick myself today. |

LOL that's it? She's only 41? hahaha.... Well, I can't say that I ever had a barbie either....just didn't get into them. My daughters have mulitutes of them though. hmmn, you think we'll still look that good? Maybe we'll look better than she will when she hits 70 ya think? By that time, they'll have added some smaller boobs and some chunks here and there to her?! haha |

How clever you are, Poet deVine! I have to tell ya a wee story, though, about a dog named Jake. Jake was a golden retriever, a fun family dog, except for one thing...Jake loved to chew up Barbie Dolls! We'd find them missing heads, feet and hands, and doubbed them "Barbie Art." My daughter, who now owns less Barbies than she once did, was not thrilled!!!! Thanks for conjuring up those old memories! Corinne |
