How Can I Write? how can I write? when you’ve stolen my words with kisses that still linger on lips that could not taste your lies how can I write? when I’m blinded by fear as I find myself alone once more and darkness resides where once was your light how can I write? when my hands are bound in the web of your deceit the gossamer threads holding me tight like I once held you please tell me... how can I write without you? Have you ever noticed That the words... "Goodbye" "I'm sorry" "I love you" Are so easy to pronounce ...Yet so hard to say ~Javan |

"on lips that could not taste your lies". Hoot, what a unique expression. Not surprising coming from such a writer as yourself. Your words bring us into the reality of your emotion. Very nice. |

Is it appropriate for me to say You write with beauty and grace Because that is how I feel when You ask the question 'How can I write...' monique |

Well, when they're gone that's when you get to write about them, Ruth. Then you can say what ever you want! btw, I hate that gosamer stuff wrapping itself all over you, isn't that the worst? Great poem, you're writing just fine. Michael |

You write what is written in your heart, like you always do, and your heart is beautiful. |

Another great one Ruth, thanks for the read. Craig Yes, I admit your general rule. That every poet is a fool: But I myself may serve to show it. That every fool is not a poet. |

A feeling I've shared so many times but are these not the feelings that create so many more feelings in which we are able to dip into for touching poetry, the bittersweet feelings that create the words of our hearts and souls, you made me feel the pain of the poem and the hope of reading more of your work. Thank you. |
