Kaleidoscope The crystal shards left lying Scattered on the floor Reflect a kaleidoscope of colors More beautiful than before. Only when it’s broken Do the lights dance across the glass The future’s shining, sparkling Let go of the past. Weep not for the crystal Although broken, it has grown From a symbol of holding it together To someone shining on her own. |

Not broken, but transformed. Eloquent, Tara. --Kess Full fathom five thy father lies, Of his bones are coral made, Those are pearls that were his eyes; Nothing of him that doth fade But doth suffer a sea-change Into something rich and strange... --William Shakespeare, from The Tempest |

yes very eloquent...am glad you posted this, it is beautiful...thank you again that you could look at the pieces of me that tumble out scattered bits, posted through need and see the me, the whole, happy me, that I want to be... now that my friend is amazing to me... thank you so much for your kindness and for painting your talent on the crystal that is me [This message has been edited by Corazon (edited 03-01-2000).] |
