For all the things I’ve tasted, In the adulthood of my time, Never such a beauty, Have I ever thought was mine. ~ Never have I gazed, On such a lovely sight, Nor have I ever tasted, Moments with such delight. ~ Oh how I miss you Honey, In the darkness of the night, No longer can we tangle, Within lusts gentle fight. ~ For Now I cannot look, Upon your wondrous form, Or caress in loving wonder, Of the beauty I am drawn. ~ I must not feel the tingle, Of your soft and gentle touch, Nor can I feel the magic, Of what we need so much. ~ But it’s only just part, Of what you mean to me, It’s who you are I love, Not just the things I see. |
