The Gentle Spring As the days grow warmer, longer, As the sun grows strong, We can see the birds returning, We can hear their song. As the snow drips from the laneways, As the earth renews, We can see the little creatures, Pairing up in twos. As the world begins it's rebirth, As love and hope return, We can see God's earth rebuilding, With each leaf and fern. As the winter passes slowly, As the leaves appear, We can see God's gentle wonders, Always---everywhere. "Words are an extention of th soul... and poetry the most beautiful form of those words!" |

Welcome back! You brought us some spring cheer, and we needed this around here! I just the other day, standing in the back yard, watching the birds busy themselves making nests high up in the trees.
