WHERE FOR ART THOU CHRISTOPHER

Christopher, come wreak thou havoc!
Harken the call, from realms on high.
Riddle our minds oh ghoulish orator
In acidic fields of alkali.
Smile once more to us in thoughts
Transcended beyond element,
Oscillating acrostic indigo.
Picture perfect puzzling quip,
Hast thou left us behind, forthwith?
Ever thou silence calls to me,
Remember us please, oh, Christopher.

Contemplating such an arduous task as this
Has set my little female brain awhirl;
If I had time (or more, desire) to do it
Surely I could (I'm just that kind of girl).
This lovely poem was quite a touching bit
Of friendship shown, instead of just professed;
Poetic skill, you have in vast supply,
However, I was struck, I must confess
Eloquent poet, perhaps you'd like to share
Reasons you asked "why" he is, rather than "where?"

Hehehe, sorry , couldn't resist.  Cute, adorable, and sickeningly skillful as usual Michael.  He should be around soon with any luck (not that I noticed he was gone or anything LMAO).

Could
He
Really be
Into
Such deep
Throes
Of forgetting
Passions???
He'll
Eventually
Remember us!!

Christopher hasn't been around?

I have the feeling he will not be gone long from Passions.

Very creative Michael

Come weaver of poetry,
Honor us with your presence;
Return to us in rhythm and rhyme and
In lines of prose.
Stop our heartbeat with your words
That speak so to our hearts.
Open up our minds, with your
Phrases, that linger for
Hours after we read the words.
Each day, we look for you.
Return to us, oh, weaver of words.

Call home right now young man!
Have you lost your mind?
Runnin' around all over blue blazes
I swear boy, don't know about you
Stop all this hiding out!
Taking off like you do
Oh what will we do with you, child!
People are beginning to talk!
Here we are worried about you and
Every time we think you are grown, you
Regress and run off to Disney again!

heheheh...just kiddin' Christopher. Couldn't resist a little "Grandma" free verse...

Love the poem Michael!

Charmingly he makes us wait
His poetic stylings to relate
Ribald wit trips from his tongue
I wish that he were not so young!
Something wicked in his smile
Talents hidden all this while
Open up his website please
Peruse the drawing he does with ease
Herein lies so much that’s true
Even though I was forced to
Respond to questions such as this
Where art thou, silly Chris!

Final note: I know!

Amazing you people!
Let me be one to say with firsthand knowledge, that a week away from the internet feels like an eternity!!!
I am humbled to know that my absence was noted, much less that I was missed! Love you all!
Chris.
Ps: Appreciate the symbolism of this finely crafted tribute to one who is most undeserving my friend!
