Showers of Love ~First Knight~ Be still my sweet don't fight it, Sprinkled with my love. Like morning dew on flowers. Showered from above. Sparkles from the water, On each and everyone. Mixed with many colors. The show has just begun. Sunrise comes so early, Bringing light to all that's here. Another sky filled glory, My true love don't you fear. I will never leave you, I am standing by your side. Your tree of life my darling. My branches stretched out wide. Shade for you to rest, A shelter from this heat. My strength to protect you, My gift is now complete. So...... Be still my sweet don't fight it, Sprinkled with my love. Like morning dew on flowers. Showered from above. I have learned that the pain of a lost love will fade, But the memory of having loved will last forever. |
