Little Tim was in the garden,
Digging a hole so deep,
The neighbor peered over the fence,
Just to take a peek.

"Tim" he said, "What are ya doing?
Digging such a big hole?"
Tim replied through tears of sadness,
"Burying my goldfish Joe"

The neighbor said, "That's too bad,
But you don't need a big hole like that?"
Tim replied as he finished his task,
"But he's inside of your #*#!%*% cat!"

When I saw the title of this poem... I was expecting another of your incredible, thought provoking, tear jerkers. *G*

And it is. LOL. Poor kitty cat was just hungry... and goldfish are supposed to be flushed!!!! *G* (When they're not inside a kitty... don't go getting any ideas, Long John! LOL)

Great job, Toe!!! Thanks for the grins!

Hey there, Toe - ya scalawag!  A great poem.  Welcome back - I'm glad to see you found an extension cord for your new home on the freeway.

Belle - LMAO@Inside the cat - your sense of wit will never cease to amaze me - such a smart lady!

What a clear image this poem poses!

And a great title, too, how could anyone resist reading a poem entitled "The Large Grave!"

Uh...Nan, what is that thing, and what exactly do you plan to do with it ??!!!  (quick Toe, get behind me, I'll protect you! )  LOL

This is soooo funny 'Toe!  Glad to see your spirits are high as usual!  Very creative ditty here!
