What days!we borrow from somthing yet unseen What ways!we denounce each breath so keen As untrivial as we are we still go further on Laughing from without but within so withdrawn In a moments occurence we will see one more light The darkest bright; the darkest bright of our life Whats to come in this alane of this therafter Crosses, crossbones, or of any significant matter Were we welcomed in life? will we be welcomed in death? There was somthing here before and there will be somthing here when we left The stories read & said lead us to this belief but does that truelly give our thoughts of any kind of relief |

When we accept life death has no power over us.Just a point of view from Jesus and me.I did enjoy the poem and understand, although it's been a while now. Sincerely, Paul |

Nice poem bringing up a lot of good questions about life and death. I especially like the line "Laughing from without but within so withdrawn", how true it is for so many of us. Deborah |
