Walking down the rocky path
While you struggle day by day,
Your burdens and your sorrows
Seem to double along the way.

Not knowing where you are going,
Or what lies around the bend.
This beaten path you're treading
Seems to have no end.

Your inner strength is fading.
There is no hope in sight.
As you walk in the shadows
Of this dark and lonely night.

Confusion sets upon you,
And you seem so far from home.
But know someone is with you.
You don't walk this path alone.

Step back and take another look.
Perhaps from a different view.
The course of your path can be changed.
It is really up to you.

Love the subject matter found here.....Choices start the day and end the day as many different ways as you can think.....Our freedom of choice allows us great power.  Excellent work here....Thank you

Eloise,
Wise words--if more people only realized how much choice they truly have there would be a lot less misery in this world. Thank you, well done.

'Step back and take another look
Perhaps from a different view'

This speaks volumes, Eloise. Our perspective is everything, isn't it?! Well done!

Thanks to each and everyone of you.  Appreciate you reading and commenting.  So many times we get in a rut and we only need to realize that we can change our paths in so many different ways as it really is up to us.  It's not always an easy path to follow, but life is full of ups and downs.
