Many times has she soothed my savage fears.
She held me in the comfort of her rhyme.
This night 'twas I who rocked away her tears.
That she feels so alone is heinous crime.
My love rose to challenge her own self-doubt.
In soothing tones I spoke of her true worth.
This love we share is what life's all about.
She has been destined for greatness since birth.
Our words did weave a passionate spell.
We spoke of intimacies lovers share.
In the embrace of love these two hearts dwell.
The touch of Heaven blessed a love this rare.
The parting between us was sweet sorrow.
That will relent when we speak tomorrow.

How beautifully descriptive are your words, Scott, how caring and loving they are. It is marvelous to see how you are revelling in taking the caretaker role for your dear love. Quite a powerful role, and an equally testimony of your emotional and spiritual connection.

I am a Life Purpose Coach who specializes in assisting
men and women to clarify their Life Purpose and then in turn
live true to their purpose. After 5 years working with the
Severely Mentally Ill in County Mental Health, I gave up the
bureaucracy (and safe, secure blanket) of this environment
to pursue my own purpose and passion.

You know it always brings a smile to my face to hear you speak of your love, my friend. You are a wonderful poet, but I believe your songs of love are my favorite.
