The chaos in my mind,
Like a tornado in the ocean,
It makes me, makes me go blind.

I cannot see the future,
The past,
The present,
I cannot see the world,
For the world cannot see me.

Hurt, pain, misery, happiness.
Love.

Love is hurt.
Love is pain.
Love is misery.
Is love happiness?

My world has turned,
I have never found love,
Maybe love has burned.

Love is death,
Death brings out love.
It takes away my breath;
To think that love is life,
To think there is a perfect love,
To think that one can find true love,
It takes away my breath,
It scares me half to death.

Maybe it's time,
Time will tell.

Maybe one day all will be known,
Maybe one day every will be shown.

Today we do not know,
But maybe we will tomorrow,

Yes, tomorrow we will know,
There is no true love in this world,
For any one of us to show.

welcome Jone ... I have felt your pain
and I agree that love is all the things that you have described
and more
it's the 'and more' part that won't surface
and show its' face for quite some time
possibly not til a new love blossoms
Have faith

Rex

Jone-
Hmmmm !
Nice entrance you've made to
Passion's.  Welcome.

Love can be found
true or not ...
in the love you're in,
in the love you've got.

True love comes
when your guard is down.
Treat it kindly ...
it'll stick around.

Love it for
the time you're in it ...
for it can flee
in just a minute.

If it goes
as it often does
another will come
just becuz .....
that's just the way
it is with love.

Jone, Welcome to Passions, and with this heartfelt poem. All you describe is real until you find a true love

WELCOME!  Looking for love in all the wrong places...there is true love out there!
God for one will never let you down.

Which way is right for you,
Stop and softly ask yourself,
What Would Jesus Do?

Thank you all for your time in reading my poem....
in reading all of the poems throughout this forum, however, i have noticed that they are mostly sad and unhappy poems about pain and misery.... should true love cause pain and misery?

Well Jone it looks like love has really disappointed you or have you disappointed love.  I have lots of hope for the beauty of love and yes at times it can be painful....James

Your poem is beautiful. and yes love does bring pain and misery, yet at the same time it can bring great joy and happiness.

Love finds you when you least expect it I know
