The blackness closing in
And I can feel
The sweetest sense of sorrow
And I know it’s real
As I lay here with you
Like serpents entwined
The light fades from us
And leaves the world behind
It never seems to be healed,
This wound inside of me
Even the sanctuary of night
Keeps taunting me
I used to be of the type;
Patient, and open to this
Now time is running out
With my lover,
In the cool darkness

I don't always understand others writing
This to me sounds like you have fallen
out of love and so merely enduring the
moment
Maybe I shouldn't try to always understand

All we have is the moment...the now. Why not make the best of it?

i agree jml, but there are people who are soo blind and can't see the best thing if if were in front of them, therefore they cannot make the now the best possible....
