Storm Clouds Horizon’s eye blinking and matted Shut tight against the jamb; weeping In the turbulence of birthing. With white-hot fingers scratching The darkness of pain; pawed By the low rumbling contractions Of fissured womb ruptured Into panting eastward howling From conception full term. Robert |

This is great...you definitely do say so much with so few words! ~*~ Hell is not a place of fire and a devil with a tail and horns. But a place of torment because the light of God is gone. To escape this, accept the blood of Jesus Christ! ~*~ |

Oh man Robert, I can see your talent oozing from this piece. And you didn't even had a lot to say either. I know you'll make fans of short poetry proud. Nathan |

The deepness of your words brings the storm close to me .....Very nice Robert I have learned that the pain of a lost love will fade, But the memory of having loved will last forever. |

I love this. So beautifully written that I was speechless for a moment. Lovely and truly so. ~Astraea "Sometimes stars can only be seen in darkness." "Sorrow's crown of sorrow is remembering happier things." |
